This website showcases and offers original artworks, fine art prints, artist-designed products, and other creative works by Andre Walker (AW).
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website, including its content, products, and services, without prior notice.
2. Intellectual property & copyright
All original artworks, illustrations, sculptures, designs, photographs owned by the Artist, written descriptions, and other original creative content displayed on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All rights to the Artist's original creative works remain with the Artist unless expressly transferred through a written agreement.
Visitors may browse the website and share links for personal, noncommercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, modification, commercial use, or creation of derivative works without prior written permission is prohibited, except as permitted by applicable law.
Purchasing an original artwork, print, or designed product does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial licensing rights to the buyer.
Requests for licensing, publication, reproduction, or commercial collaborations must be submitted directly to the Artist.
3. Products & artwork representation
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent all artworks and products, including their colors, dimensions, materials, and descriptions.
However, colors and visual details may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and production methods.
Original artworks may contain natural variations, textures, and imperfections associated with the creative process. These characteristics are part of the individuality of each piece.
Prints and other designed products may differ slightly from the original artwork in color, texture, scale, or finish.
Product dimensions and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur.
4. Availability & orders
Original artworks are generally one-of-a-kind pieces and may be available in limited quantities.
All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability until an order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including inventory errors, inaccurate product information, suspected fraud, or payment issues.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Pricing & payment
All prices are displayed in USD ($) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where required by law or agreed upon with the customer.
Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges will be calculated or disclosed during checkout.
Payments are processed through the payment providers available on the website. We do not directly store complete payment card details.
6. Shipping & delivery
Shipping availability
We currently accept orders and ship products within the United States only. International shipping is not available.
Shipping costs & processing
Shipping costs are calculated or disclosed during checkout and may vary depending on the product, order size, shipping destination, and fulfillment method.
Original artworks are prepared and packaged with care, using appropriate protective materials for safe transportation.
Certain prints and artist-designed products are manufactured and fulfilled on demand through Printify and its third-party printing partners. Production begins after an order is placed and may require additional processing time before shipment.
Delivery times
Estimated processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, availability, destination, and production requirements. Estimated delivery dates will be provided during checkout or in the relevant order information where available.
Original artworks and print-on-demand products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
We make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the communicated timeframe. If an order cannot be shipped within the applicable timeframe, we will provide notice and cancellation or refund options as required by law. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, production delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping addresses & delivery issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment, where permitted by law.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or been shipped.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist with the appropriate next steps.
We will address delivery issues in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment.
7. Returns, exchanges & refunds
Original artwork
Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, all original artwork sales are final. We do not generally accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or personal preferences. Exceptions apply if an artwork is incorrect, or a return or refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Print-on-demand products
Prints and other artist-designed products produced through Printify are manufactured specifically for each order. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or personal preferences. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, subject to applicable law.
Refunds & replacements
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Where a replacement is appropriate, we will coordinate the necessary arrangements. Replacement availability may depend on the product and its production requirements. For one-of-a-kind original artworks, an identical replacement may not be possible.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests for original artworks may be accommodated before shipment. Print-on-demand orders may not be eligible for cancellation or modification once production has begun. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification request can be accommodated after an order is placed.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.
8. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
We take reasonable care in preparing and packaging all products and aim to ensure that orders arrive in the expected condition.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we ask customers to contact us within seven days of delivery. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging where available.
The seven-day reporting timeframe helps us investigate issues promptly and coordinate with shipping carriers and fulfillment partners. It does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements. Depending on the issue, this may include a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
Customers may be asked to retain the item and original packaging while the issue is being reviewed. If a return is necessary for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect order, we will provide instructions and cover required return shipping costs.
For original one-of-a-kind artworks, replacements may not be possible.
9. Commissions & custom orders
Commissioned artworks, personalized products, and custom orders may be subject to additional terms agreed upon before production begins.
These may include specific pricing, deposits, timelines, revisions, cancellation conditions, and delivery arrangements.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commissioning or purchasing a custom artwork does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights to the customer.
10. Acceptable website use
Visitors agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully.
Unauthorized reproduction of artwork, infringement of intellectual property rights, interference with website security, fraudulent transactions, and other unlawful activities are prohibited.
Automated scraping or systematic downloading of artwork and website content is not permitted except as authorized or allowed by applicable law.

This website is hosted on Wix and uses third-party services for payment processing, shipping, printing, and other operational purposes.
Certain prints and artist-designed products are manufactured and fulfilled through Printify and its third-party production partners. Information necessary to process, manufacture, and deliver these orders may be shared with the relevant service providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.
