ABOUT
THE ARTIST

Andre Walker (AW) is an Ecuadorian multidisciplinary artist based in New York.
Working through painting and mixed media, AW explores connection between people, cultures, memory, nature, and the invisible forces that shape how we experience the world. His detailed works often emerge from intuition, using repetition, symbolism, pattern, and imagined forms to give physical shape to things that are felt but cannot always be explained.
AW's approach developed outside of formal art education through years of independent study, experimentation, and daily practice. His background in professional tennis and football (soccer) also informs the discipline and repetition behind his process. Much of his work is inspired by his experiences living in Quito, Tel Aviv, and NYC.
Across his collections, AW returns to questions of perception, empathy, and identity, often through his exploration of the unified field and the idea that all things are fundamentally interconnected. He invites viewers to slow down, look closely, and find their own meaning within each piece.
The unified field
What if everything we perceive is part of a much greater reality, connected through an invisible field of information?
The unified field explore the possibility that beneath the physical world exists an interconnected network of information through which everything is connected. Our consciousness and perception shape how we experience this information, suggesting that reality may extend far beyond what our sense allow us to recognize.
For AW, this idea brings together years of artistic exploration. Long before the concept became a defined part of his artistic practice in 2026, AW was exploring these ideas through recurring patterns, symbols, light, and form. What began as an intuitive exploration evolved into a distinct visual language through which he could express his understanding of the unified field.
Today, the concept connects his artistic past with his present, offering a new perspective on the ideas that have shaped his work.
Decoding the work
Each artwork is part of a personal coding system that places it within a larger timeline that marks the collection's position in relation to the development of the artist's unified field concept. Rather than using conventional titles, AW's codes help organize pieces across different periods of his life, while leaving their meaning open to the viewer.
The naming conventions are not meant to define or explain the work. They are a tool for the artist, and a reminder that the interpretation is individually unique. His work serves as a manifestation portal, inviting the viewer to reflect their own thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
